Our Buffet & Event Service Staff provide practical support to help food service run smoothly and keep guest areas orderly throughout your event. This service is ideal when your caterer, restaurant, or family is providing the food but additional hands are needed to manage the buffet and assist with cleanup.

Each staff member includes up to four consecutive hours of service.

Service may include:

• Assisting with the setup and organization of client- or caterer-provided buffet equipment
• Keeping the buffet organized and replenished with prepared food provided by the client or caterer
• Assisting guests at the buffet
• Clearing disposable plates, cups, napkins, and utensils from guest tables
• Light bussing and cleaning of dining and food-service areas
• Assisting with dessert, cake, or coffee service when supplies are provided
• Consolidating food-service supplies and assisting with buffet breakdown

This is support staffing and is not full-service catering or traditional plated waitstaff service. Staff do not cook or prepare food, provide bartending services, wash venue-wide dishes, perform deep cleaning, move heavy furniture, or provide complete event coordination.

The appropriate number of staff members depends on the guest count, service style, venue layout, and responsibilities requested. Final staffing requirements are subject to review.

Additional service time may be added for $35 per hour, per staff member.

Get professional help with either setting up your event before guests arrive or breaking it down afterward. This package covers one scheduled service period for setup or breakdown.

Setup assistance may include:

• Placing tables and chairs where permitted by the venue
• Adding linens, table settings, centerpieces, signage, favors, and lightweight décor
• Organizing client-provided supplies and rental items
• Setting up gift, dessert, welcome, or favor tables
• Following the client’s, coordinator’s, or venue’s completed setup plan

Breakdown assistance may include:

• Removing linens and tabletop items
• Packing client-owned décor into labeled containers provided by the client
• Consolidating rental equipment for pickup
• Stacking tables and chairs as directed by the venue
• Light cleanup and placing bagged trash in designated on-site receptacles

Each crew member includes up to four consecutive hours of service. Additional time may be added for $35 per hour, per crew member.

This service does not include event planning or coordination, floral design, installations requiring ladders or tools, electrical or lighting work, moving unusually heavy or specialty equipment, transportation or storage of client property, or professional janitorial and deep-cleaning services.

The client must provide all décor, supplies, containers, setup instructions, and required venue approval.

This package covers setup or breakdown—not both. If assistance is needed at both ends of the event, each service period must be booked separately or included in a custom proposal.
