Let’s Get Started

Get professional help with either setting up your event before guests arrive or breaking it down afterward. This package covers one scheduled service period for setup or breakdown.

Setup assistance may include:

• Placing tables and chairs where permitted by the venue
• Adding linens, table settings, centerpieces, signage, favors, and lightweight décor
• Organizing client-provided supplies and rental items
• Setting up gift, dessert, welcome, or favor tables
• Following the client’s, coordinator’s, or venue’s completed setup plan

Breakdown assistance may include:

• Removing linens and tabletop items
• Packing client-owned décor into labeled containers provided by the client
• Consolidating rental equipment for pickup
• Stacking tables and chairs as directed by the venue
• Light cleanup and placing bagged trash in designated on-site receptacles

Each crew member includes up to four consecutive hours of service. Additional time may be added for $35 per hour, per crew member.

This service does not include event planning or coordination, floral design, installations requiring ladders or tools, electrical or lighting work, moving unusually heavy or specialty equipment, transportation or storage of client property, or professional janitorial and deep-cleaning services.

The client must provide all décor, supplies, containers, setup instructions, and required venue approval.

This package covers setup or breakdown—not both. If assistance is needed at both ends of the event, each service period must be booked separately or included in a custom proposal.
