Our Classic Bar Package includes professional bartending service along with a clean, functional bar setup for events that do not have an existing bar available.
Your bartender will arrive before the selected service start time to complete setup and ensure the bar is fully organized and ready when beverage service begins.

- Up to one hour of setup before service

Please note: The service time selected during booking reflects active bartending time only. Setup takes place before the scheduled service start time and is included in the package.
The client provides all alcohol. Ice, cups, napkins, straws, mixers, and garnishes are provided only when the applicable drink-service package or enhancement is selected.
Additional bartenders and additional service hours may be added when needed.

Our Elevated Bar Experience combines professional bartending with one of our full-size portable bars for a polished, event-ready setup. We arrive before the selected start time and allow as much setup time as needed to ensure the bar is fully prepared when service begins.

A great option for venues with a built-in bar or clients who already have a suitable serving area. This package includes an experienced, insured bartender who will provide professional beverage service, organize the bar area, and clean the service space at the end of the scheduled service period.

- Basic setup and cleanup of the bar area
Please note: This service does not include a portable bar or serving counter. The client or venue is responsible for providing an existing bar, sturdy table, counter, or other suitable area from which the bartender can prepare and serve beverages.
The client also provides the alcohol, ice, cups, napkins, straws, mixers, and garnishes unless additional beverage packages or enhancements are selected.
$50 per hour with a four-hour minimum.
Create a bar experience designed specifically for your event. Our Custom Bar Design & Brand Experience is ideal for corporate events, brand activations, upscale weddings, galas, product launches, and celebrations that need something beyond a standard portable bar.
Depending on your vision, we can create a custom look using one of our existing bars or develop a larger, specially configured bar to complement your venue, guest count, branding, or event design.
Custom options may include:
- Corporate logos, sponsor graphics, or branded bar panels
- Wedding monograms, names, or coordinating artwork
- Custom colors, finishes, and decorative details
- Custom-sized or multi-section bar configurations
- Multiple service stations for larger guest counts
- Coordinating menus, signage, and display elements
- Lighting and other visual enhancements
- Professional delivery, setup, and removal
Every custom bar is designed around the event space, service requirements, and overall vision. Final pricing depends on the size, materials, customization, staffing, transportation, and whether the design uses an existing Draft Horse bar or requires custom fabrication.
Custom bar experiences start at $999 and require a consultation and custom proposal. We recommend beginning the design process at least 45–60 days before the event. Shorter timelines may be accommodated when materials and production availability allow.
Bartending service, beverage supplies, alcohol, travel, and additional service hours are included only when specified in the final proposal. Clients provide all alcohol unless otherwise stated.
Custom fabricated pieces and branded materials remain the property of Draft Horse Events unless client ownership is specifically included in the proposal.
