Our Classic Bar Package includes professional bartending service along with a clean, functional bar setup for events that do not have an existing bar available.
Your bartender will arrive before the selected service start time to complete setup and ensure the bar is fully organized and ready when beverage service begins.
This package includes:
- One professional bartender
- Up to four hours of beverage service
- Up to one hour of setup before service
- Folding-table bar setup
- Black fitted spandex table coverings
- Coolers for organizing and chilling client-provided beverages and ice
- Basic bartending tools
- Cocktail shaker and strainer
- Jigger and bar spoon
- Bottle opener and wine key
- Pour spouts
- Ice scoop and ice bucket
- Bar mats
- Setup and cleanup of the bar service area
- Event liquor liability insurance
- Personalized drink-menu planning
- Customized alcohol shopping list based on the final menu and guest count
Please note: The service time selected during booking reflects active bartending time only. Setup takes place before the scheduled service start time and is included in the package.
The client provides all alcohol. Ice, cups, napkins, straws, mixers, and garnishes are provided only when the applicable drink-service package or enhancement is selected.
Additional bartenders and additional service hours may be added when needed.
