Make your bar a memorable part of the event with Milly, our converted 1969 horse trailer bar. Milly creates a distinctive beverage-service area for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and other outdoor celebrations.

Includes:

• One event-day rental of Milly
• Scheduled delivery
• Positioning and basic setup
• Breakdown and pickup

This is a rental-only package. It does not include bartenders, alcohol, beverages, ice, mixers, cups, glassware, coolers, bar tools, decorations, signage, refrigeration, water, electricity, or other supplies unless separately listed in your booking. Draft Horse Events bartending service and beverage packages may be added separately.

Standard delivery, setup, and pickup within our regular service area are included. Additional travel charges may apply depending on the event location. Pickup may occur after the event or during an agreed-upon window the following day.

The client must receive permission from the venue or property owner before booking. The setup location must provide:

• A firm and reasonably level surface
• Clear towing and delivery access
• Adequate turning and positioning space
• Clearance from low branches, structures, gates, and overhead obstacles
• Sufficient room for the trailer and its service area

Final placement is determined by Draft Horse Events based on access, surface conditions, weather, and safety. Milly may only be positioned or moved by Draft Horse Events.

This rental is subject to access and location approval. The client is responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, or missing components beyond normal event use.
